I called and left a message asking that he bring
the old laptop in to work with him so we can
recover the old emails from it. Also asked when he
will be around during the break.

The monitors have been fixed but the email and 
calendar is not working.  He is using outlook.  
He will be around most of next week, Tuesday is 
great, all morning and early afternoon, Thursday 
between 10-2.

Was verified that he already has two monitors
connected to his laptop docking station.  Left a
voicemail asking if he was having any issues with
them in particular.

The new machine Has outlook setup correctly. If he
is keeping the old machine he should have it setup
correctly on That machine.

I called and left a voicemail asking when he is in.

We need to export whatever he is missing in
Outlook from the old laptop and import to the new
one. I recommend setting up an account with the
29oct2008 java connector. Download it from
www.wou.edu/~asundkv/ucs and rename it to .exe

I setup outlook on the new machine. I bet the old
one was setup with POP3.

This is to replace Insprion 6000 laptop with 
W#20050899[Edit Inv]  He uses a external Matrox Dual Head 2 
Go video card to run dual monitors with a 
Kensington USB dock.  I will put this system in 
tech inbox # 7 with GFA setup Form
