I updated the drivers and was able to print. It
had been set to the wrong driver entirely. Also,
it is very picky about paper. It will push pages
through without printing if it deems them somehow
unworthy.

I assume the W#200071316 is incorrect and found
20071316[Edit Inv] to be an Epson in ITC 104. These printers
are known to be having issues.
