Configured Sophos so it would update and removed
quarantined virus.

It happened this morning, so it is still an 
issue.  He called back.  He is in his office 
until 2 and then gone 2-330 and then back until 5.

    I have a task for you about a possible
infection found by sophos. Are you still getting a
message that there is an infection or has sophos
fixed it on its own? Please let me know and if not
or you are not sure what time would it be good for
a tech to stop by and take a look?

the computer is a dell, it is in his office. Says 
it is good to call first if someone wants check 
it out, if not it is okay as well.

says there is an infected file on cougar saying 
to contact the help desk.

says it might have came from the usb drive he was 
using, wants to know if this can also be cleaned. 
He currently had 2 usb drives.
