Called and left a message letting him know that
this issue is sporadic (refer to task 22302). The
machine is under warranty, but we can't really
send it in because the issue is sporadic and as a
smart classroom machine we can afford for it to be
gone. I'll make note to check it during winter break.

I advised Eliot to use his H: drive in his office
for the flash drive and then access that in the NS
101 classroom.

1) Does your flash drive work in other computers
without issue?
Yes

2) Have you been able to use your flash drive in
that room (NS 101) before?
Yes

3) Is the computer you are trying to use your
flash drive on a teacher station in a smart classroom?
Yes

3) When are a few good times to get in touch with you?

He will be back in that classroom on Monday

Hi UCS,
I teach a course in NS 101. The computer in the
room will not recognize a flash drive--it says
something like "device not recognized." Could you
fix this?
