this is on counter in ITC 008 with config sheet 
on top...unfortunately they are in a hurry to get 
this now because I accidently Invoiced them for 
it and forgot to create the Service request.  
Anyways they are complaining that they pasid for 
something they don't have ...go figure

okay I thought I had already put this in but 
after searching for it I guess I missed it... 
This is for the lab in NS017 that currently has a 
broken printer "mineral.wou.edu"
