Hi,
This is Lance from the University Computing
Services and i was checking in to see if you are
still having an issue with sending attachments.
Are you still having  trouble sending attachments
to yourself or has, the options i emailed you
about earlier which include clearing the internet
cookies and data, fixed the issue?  When i talked
to you on the phone earlier we also about the
option of using your personal email and send to
your WOU email. So please let me know if this is
still an issue or not.

I called and talked to her to try and help. I
could not think of anything. She is trying to send
attachments through her WOU email to her WOU
email. I talked to brad about some options so then
i emailed her.

Hi this is Lance from UCS.
    Im responding about your email problem. There
should not being any problems since im sure your
not sending files that are bigger than the limit ,
which is quite big,  so some things you might try
at home is going to your internet options and
clearing the data and cookies. then trying again
to see if that might fix it. If you need help with
that just send an email letting me know and what
browser you are using either explorer or firefox.

The emails don't come through at all.  she hadn't 
tried an email w/out an attachment.  She also 
said she has never been able to send attachments 
from her house using the Western/Sun mail.   I 
asked her to take a look at her settings in 
Comcast and Outlook. If she makes any changes she 
is going to test by sending me an attachment
