She says she need adobe imageready installed. In
inventory she does not have it under her name. I
did not find it in the T drive. She said she
bought it for her computer and the laptop.

oh yeah if you notice any thing with the hard 
drive please check into that as well. I have it 
charging  back up after discharging in Tech

okay I recieved the battery for this system and 
When I wen to charge and then discharge the 
battery for the first time I noticed it has major 
issues...its hard drive at times is quite noisey 
and making bad tick sound, image is very old in 
fact it only has Command Antivirus and that has 
not been updated since 2005...go figure...I 
talked to Michelle and there is nothing on thios 
laptop she needs so I would like to get it re-
imaged and hooked up with Sophos...it came 
originally from DEP but transfered over when 
Michelle was put as director of Study Abroad so 
Michelle is the primary user of the laptop and 
the local studyabroad acct should not be 
necessary.  Please give this laptop an new life 
and then give back to Michelle for her use as he 
Director of Study Abroad & Int'l Exchg

To add: battery is only lasting about 12 minutes, 
15 minutes max after a full charge. She also 
wanted to note that if she does need a newer 
laptop, she'd like a small laptop like the one 
she has now, due to back problems. Also, there is 
a constant green light blinking on her laptop, 
even when it is shut down, she doesn't know why 
this is.
