I deleted his Keychain and adjusted the
permissions on files in the root of his hard
drive, which I'd missed before, to have him as
owner. Deleting the keychain login entry also
fixed the Mac Mail issue.

After OS 10 update, he is required part of the 
time to provide a password to move a file to 
another location.

Called back, he cannot use the program 
called "mail". His keychain access password is 
invalid . These issues appear to be a direct 
result of the program just installed on his Mac.

I updated him to 10.4 and was able to install the
.docx converter. We successfully opened a .docx file.

It is WOU provided, but he doesnt have the right 
version of OS 10 and all the converters require 
OS 11 minimum, even the website that he was 
linked to

M10-12  T1-2 W10-11 Th10-12 are his office hours
per his voicemail.  Called and left message
requesting whether or not the Mac is his personal
machine and if not, is the 20031213[Edit Inv] the WOU# on
the machine.

He has tried installing the converter but is told 
his OS is not up to date.  He has Mac os 10.3.9 
nad he needs OS 10.4.9 .  I'm still working on 
getting his machine number.
