She was in the web AD group, which maps an X:
drive, which she no longer had access to. Removed
her from AD web group, and ran gpupdate /force and
rebooted her computer.

The voicemail said someone else's name, but I left

****This is an email****

Judy,

You need to go to Start, Run and type:

gpupdate /force

Log off or reboot, depending on what the system
tells you.

Then you should get the I: drive and printers for
the Registrar's Office.

Added her to LDAP groups for registrar today, and
moved her AD account to the registrar's OU. She
will need to run gpupdate /force and/or reboot for
new settings to take effect.

Judy Turner no longer works in Academic Advising.
She's not in AP 401. The student worker
receptionist said that she thought Ms. Turner had
moved over to the registrar's office and that
maybe the ticket had originated from there. I
looked up Turner in the Fac/Staff search on the
front wou site, and the only Turner listed is a
professor of Geology or Geography. i.e. she wasn't
listed at all. More work on this 11-13-08

For login script errors find out the following two
things:
1. The file listed in the error. It's very long,
but we need to know what it is.
2. Which department drives the person should have.
Ask if there is a person who has the correct
drives and printer access that we could set them
similarly.

The error is cause when the person's login script
is not correct and so we have to move them from
the wrong place (hence why we need info from #1 so
we know where to move them from) and where they
should be (hence in info from #2).

As for the H drive:
You can map it manually for her. Instructions on
mapping network drives are in Taco.

Both issues might be solved by going to a run
command and typing "gpupdate /force" then logging
out and back in when the script prompts you to.
