Ok, she was trying to login to the TS/a and not
into the Microsoft Windows.  That's cleared up now.

She is on a thin client.  When she click on the TS
Server icon to log in, the screen flashes
momentarily and the login name field cycles
through a large series of words/names.

She is a new employee in the what is actually the
Registrar's AD104 room.

Also, Josh Lind requested access for her in ticket
28950.  Closing ticket due to redundancy.

She cannot request access to a department drive
herself. A person from the grad office needs to
request it for her. Preferably someone with
authority there.

When she logs in the screen 'shakes'.  and She
