I went over to check in with her. After checking
it again i figured out that her H drive was
accessible but she could not find her info in a
folder. Found that she had another folder with
almost the same name and her information was in
there.

Ok, you are mapped to it with the way to told you.
I also just checked and you do have files in there
so you should be seeing them. You could try
deleting that map for your mydocuments and
readding it. If you still can't see anything let
me know. I will leave a note with this task for
someone to stop by tomorrow between 9-10am.

Hi, Lance.

That is already on my list and that is where the
file is located that is currently empty. Hmmm.
Maybe I am not understanding what you are telling
me to do. I am going to run over to my meeting.

Hi this is Lance from the University Computing
Services.
    I stopped by to help you with you H drive
problem. To Connect to your H drive you go to "Go"
then "connect to server" then type in
"smb://cougar/mydocuments" That will connect you
to your H drive then add it to your list. Let me
know if that does not work.

There is 1 file on her H drive that she cannot 
access it is fairly new, but she has used it 
before.  SHe opens it and it was empty, but on 
monday or tuesday she opened it successfully
