Left message inquiring if this was still a 
problem and asked to return the call within 5 
days.  If we don't hear back in 5 days will 
close the ticket.

I called and left a voice mail asking: a. He have
the faulty CD/DVD available b. He have an
additional CD/DVD available c. He call us and let
us know when he will be around during break.

This issue is likely a media failure with the
specific CD/DVD. It could be a codec issue.
Install K-Lite (\\ghost\tech$\Windows\ )) codec
pack. Or it is a hardware failure and we'll have
to replace the CD/DVD with one we have from storage.

88718 is the WRONG extension for Evan Evans.

belonging to another professor. Please update
inventory for that computer if Evan is using it
when you do this task.

this computer will play the first few minutes of 
a cd and then stop playing, the sound will 
continue but picture will be frozen.
