Went and reset the maintenance counter.

This printer still needs maintenance.  It has 
become a problem.  We constantly have to push 
the resume button for it to continue printing.  
Then it prints out lots of jobs people got tired 
of waiting for. I upping the priority on this 
because we can't have someone standing next to 
this all day long.

Adam, was this taken care of?  Maybe we culd get

It is still printing but you have to hit resume 
occasionally for it to finish a print job
