Hi this is Lance from the University Computing
Services.
   I emailed you on the 18th of November about
your task. You were having issues with accessing a
service and when you try you receive an error
message. I am checking back to see if this is
still an issue or not. Please let me know if this
issue has been fixed or if it is still an issue.
If we do not hear back by the end of the week your
task will be considered fixed and closed. If you
happen to not get back in time you can call the
front desk at extension 88925 and tell them your
service request number. Your service request
number is in the subject line. Just let them know
it is still an issue and we can reopen the task
and help you fix this issue.
