Was able to back up all of his data, reimage the
computer, then put it all back on.  Brought it
back over to Public Safety, had it tested out
successfully.

Called him to verify what data he needed saved. 
Copied all data to an external USB hard drive. 
Will reimage his entire computer using Symantec Ghost.

Was able to get a new motherboard from Dell and
had it swapped out.  While it does not crash, it
periodically hangs on startup.  Looked in MSCONFIG
for any out of the ordinary services, but could
find none.  Found nothing outstanding in the event
viewer either.  Currently considering an OS repair
on it.

according to a gx260 guide that beep code means
"Memory not being properly identified or used"

The computer that is having trouble posting has a
bios beep pattern of 1-3-2

I'm going to set up a temp computer for him while
we get this one fixed up. I was told to call him
back in about an hour (3:15)

Managed to turn off the unnecessary services using
msconfig, and managed to get it to stay stable. 
However, it restarted in the middle of a BIOS
update, and now it won't POST.  Brought it back to
the office to have it worked on.

The computer gave him a cannot connect to server 
error, and to get out of it he had to manually 
restart, which he did, but is now stuck on the 
log in page, and the computer doesn't react when 
he presses ctrl alt del.
