Uphaus doesn't know how to use the voicemail. 
He's covering the term for Solveig Holmquist who's
teaching in China this term.

Hi Paul, 

He can't receive external email.  He's receiving
All Fac/Staff emails, but nothing comes in from
outside.  He's helping host the Choral Festival
next Monday and Tuesday and has some communication
to do.  I couldn't find the POP server info in
Taco, so I made this ticket.
