The loaner she has is not meeting her needs.  She 
is unable to use her email.  She is very 
frustrated.  She had to go to someone's office to 
do her work.  This also inconvenienced them.

Her internet was working just fine, her print got
switched off default so i put it back to default.
I set up her outlook and installed her CAD
program. She said thats all she needed until she
gets her computer back

connect to the internet at all now.

29224 is her printer issue - she says it still

She called back to check up, she says that she 
needs it 'ASAP'.  Outlook is not working on her 
replacement computer- she has her contact lists 
and calendar.

Came in and installed a temporary computer (WOU#
20040687[Edit Inv], GX280 Optiplex) for the time being until
we can fix her main one.  Passing this over to
Adam, since he was going to handle the support
call to Dell.  The Dell diagnostic code from the
32bit diagnostic program came back as 0F00:0244,
"Uncorrectable Data Error..."

The SATA hard drive IO controller on her
motherboard is failing.  Was able to back up her
data to an external USB hard drive.  Will give her
a temp computer today until we can replace her old
one.

Currently running a CHKDSK on her old machine to
see if it can take an OS repair, otherwise will
look at other options available.

I am currently working on her computer, as it is
taking longer than I estimated due to unforeseen
circumstances and technical issues.  Will work on
getting her a temporary machine today, barring any
logistical issues.

She says that she was told we would only have the 
computer for an hour, and if it was more than 
that we would bring her a replacement, but this 
was yesterday and it hasn't happened yet.

Went over and found that even though it boots into
Safe Mode, hardly any essential services will run,
and the event viewer is distorted.  Was only able
to get the explorer UI to run using the task
manager.  Took it back to the office to run an OS
repair on it.

Computer only boots in Safe Mode, system restore
does not work says "system restore cannot protect
our computer"
