I talked to Dianna and she was gonna get the word
out to all of the faculty that if they are having
printing problems to let me know.  It has been a
week now and I have not heard anything.  I am
going to close the task and if any problems come
through take them one at a time.

Hi Teresa-

I am not sure if the 2 floor printer issue with 
new faculty in West House was ever resolved.  I 
think some faculty gave up and they use the 
networked printer on the 1st floor because their 
limited schedule did not work with UCS tech's 
limited schedule.  I made this request for quite 
a few faculty quite awhile ago.  I was told that 
I could not physically do this for the faculty 
since it was generated by their login and 
password.  I don't know what else to tell you!

We were just checking in on a service request 
(#29111) that was regarding the printers not 
working in West House.
 
We wanted to follow up and make sure everything 
is working correctly for the instructors.

She called back and said she won't use our 
reference numbers and she thinks it is a useless 
system for her.  The useless system part is my 
interpretation of the rude treatment I 
received.  She never did tell me if this was 
still a problem or not.  Sorry.  I don't know 
where this task stands.

Last week I received a voice mail message from a 
Steven Pierce leaving a call back number of 
88925.  He was trying to determine if work order 
#29111 was complete since they were trying to 
clean up the records.  I do not know what work 
order #29111 was for.  I called 88925 to talk to 
Mr. Pierce.  I was told he was not available to 
speak with me.  I asked if I could leave a 
message--with hesitation the person said okay.  I 
gave my name, division, and phone number multiple 
times to the individual who answered the phone.  
As of today I have not heard back from your 
department.

Russell Schreck is in his office from 10am -12 
(noon) 12-8-08 and 12-12-08.  He needs this done 
ASAP because he needs it for grades.  He has not 
been able to print all term.

Good Afternoon-

Service Request 29111 was not completely 
finished.  While Adam was able to work Anna 
Mahony (WH 202) and Clarence Kimm (WH 203) into 
an early morning appointment for their 
computers/printers our other faculty member, 
Russell Schreck (WH 206) is still not able to 
print from his computer to the printer in West 
House room 207.

Russell Schreck's office hours for the remainder 
of this week are Wednesday, Dec. 3 from 10:00 to 
12:00.  If these times do not work for your staff 
to come over to work with the faculty member 
please contact him to work out a schedule.  Phone

They see the image writer as their default they 
are going in to select other printers but there 
are no other printers.  This has been going on 
since September,.  They want someone to actually 
walk down to West House and fix this
