Jackie left me a phone message asking after this 
task. She tried logging into other machiens on 
campus and has no problem with other machines.

Amy Chisholm (has a lot of data on it) is the
other adjunct that uses the computer.  All contact
info is the same.  She cannot log in.  Changing
status to Pending.

I talked to audrey about some options. I went over
and made sure all the settings were correct. Then
i updated the computer and let install all the
updates. I checked and their user profiles were in
the folder. None of those worked. So i tried
unbinding and rebinding like Audrey suggested. It
had an error since the computers clock was behind.
So I got the clock up to date, then unbinded and
re bind the computer. Then it worked. I left a
note on the computer for them to try to log on and
let us know if it worked or not.

I got in as administrator and then checked the
user accounts.  There was only the administrator
account.  So I looked up Morelli's and Chisholm's
usernames and tried to add them.  The computer
said that the user folder already existed.  So I
canceled and the user profile showed back up on
the list.  I added me (kelmore) as a user to check
and was then able to get in as me.  Closing
ticket, though pending verification.

I went over and everyone is unable to log in. It
is a mac so it does the screen shake. I logged in
as admin and checked the network connection, i
turned off the wireless just in case it was
causing conflicts. I tried everything i could
thing of. Kevin went over to take a look so i will
check with him

I had her try several more times.  I had her 
verify that there were no spaces before the login 
or password.  It just keeps shaking it head at 
her.

I spoke to Jackie.  Amy Chisolm is having the 
same problem.   Jackie is going to try logging 
into other machines and let me know what happens.

5 times.
