I went over to check and she has admin rights and
it started working once she restarted.

Jan,

You've been added to the computers as a local
admin, you have to log out and log back in to them
in order for the new permissions to take effect.

She says that she still can't install firefox 
because it says that she has no admin rights.

I added Jan as an admin to 20030281[Edit Inv]. The 20020681[Edit Inv]
was 20020661[Edit Inv], which she was an admin on already.

High Priority:
I need administrative rights to the two computers 
in Cottage 203. They are 20030381[Edit Inv] and 20020681[Edit Inv]. 
 
We continue to battle the Firefox problem that I 
was working with Brian Berkeley on. 20030381[Edit Inv], 
Mel's computer, has a 2.x.x version of Firefox. I 
do not have rights to install a 3.x.x version.
