this problem should go away.

Ne is trying to print on the Languages printer, 
but the computer sometimes will not remember the 
printer.  He tries to use the 'Find a Printer' 
wizard and sometimes he can connect and sometimes 
he cannot. Sometimes he restarts his computer and 
it fixes itself.  Today he could not connect at 
all.  He is not the only professor having this 
problem.
