Hi Amy,
 
We were just checking in regards to an older 
service request that we have for you (#29246) 
that was in regards to not being able to log on 
to your office computer but can on other 
computers.  I'm hoping by now this has been 
resolved for you.  Just let us know if we can be 
of assistance with this!

She is in tomorrow on Tuesday and so will go into
fix the issue. It seems to be a user setting issue.

Going to head over and take a look this morning on
why it is not working. This is the same computer
for Jackie Morelli who had issues earlier.

She called from home, but I am assuming the WOU # 
is the same as with the person she shares the 
office with.  

Can't login on that computer. She can login 
successfully on lab computers and through home.
