Freezes when using scheduling software and all 
other apps including Word.Does this periodically 
when using machine, but it happening more 
frequently. 

Also she will be using a scheduling program and 
another application (such as word) will open 
without her purposefully opening it.

Internet is fine.

Been doing this all week but it is worse today.
