how to cold reset it.  He is going to talk to
Tricia about getting a new printer.

Just received an email that work order number 
29261 has been closed.  
 
FYI........we need to reopen or assign a new 
number as the printer is down again.

says the ready light is on, it is processing job. 
says it did this earlier today, says she would 
turn in off and turn in on and the ready light 
does not come back on all the time. 

says she tried printing a job but the status of 
the printer is shown as being idle
