printing poorly for you.

PCL 6 drivers = no problem.

Problem is PCL 5e driver on RADAR.

Printing to SS-SocialScience on RADAR.

Deleted printer, reinstalled it, rebooted his
computer.

Also attached to SS-SocialScience on KLINGER and
printed the same message from there.

Happens with both IE and Firefox.

Reinstalled printer from RADAR is using PCL5e
drivers, from KLINGER is PCL6.

Only happens when using webmail, and happens if he
prints to a printer, or to PDF.

Which printer are you having problems printing
email to?

What application are you using for mail? The web
client or Thunderbird or Outlook?

says he cannot read the email that he prints off, 
says that it can't be the printer because it has 
worked fine.

the body of the message is random letters and 
numbers.
