Called and left Vm saying that we were having
problems with email and that the issue has been
resolved and we are going to close this service
request.  Also told her to call us back if the
problem still exists

We are in the process of deploying an anti-spam
appliance as our mail gateway, and there was an
issue yesterday afternoon.

problems.

says it started happening today, and the people 
that are trying to send her emails are a part of 
her contacts. 

says it appears that the emails are spam and 
blocking her contacts. Hasn't had this happen 
before.
