Susan got a new imac and needs help setting up 
her email - she says its called "mail".  She says 
that she knows a lot of students are trying to 
contact her since its the end of the term.  She 
tries to log in but it says "microsoft 
application AU Daemon quit unexpectedly" - sophos 
denies access.
