she called back saying a tech can enter the 
office, just ask the secretary. available today

I called and left a voicemail asking for availability.

She probably needs a new profile or
gpupdate/force. The whirring is probably the
powersupply. She is using a GX280 - the melters.

She can access MASH but it always errors, saying 
she doesnt have access to it.  Also the computer 
is making a loud whirring sound.
