HI Lance,
My laptop still cannot connect to the web. Could
you send a technician over today or tomorrow? I
have class from 12:30-3:00 today but can be in my
office after that.

I plan to be grading in my office from 10-3
tomorrow (Friday), too.
Let me know when you might be able to send someone by.

Hi this is Lance from the University Computing
Services.
I have a service task for you about wireless and
being unable to connect. I called an left you a
message about the wireless being down. The
wireless is working now and the issue we were
having is fixed. So you should be able to
reconnect and be able to use wireless again. If
you can check to see if you are able to connect
and then let me know if it is working or not. If
it does happen to not work when would be a good
time for a tech to stop by and help fix the problem?

She was trying to change the adminstrator name 
from wou computing to her own and she was trying 
to get rid of the entourage email program. When 
she was playing with the preferences she lost her 
wireless and doesn't know how to re connect. and 
she wanted download in design adobe program.
