Went over and talked to them.  I got them all
setup with new new drivers and the problem hasn't
showed back up yet.

She called back today, she needs it to be taken 
care of ASAP since they dont have any other 
printer available.  She wants to know if the 
issue is the printer or the computers as well.

This is still happening and it is their only 
networked printer in the office.  Examples of the 
printing are sitting next to the printer.
