also told her if she would like tech to install it
to contact us with availability times.

times before. I added her, she is faculty.

says she has called in about 3 times. 
microsoft office compatability message. says when 
she goes to another office they open.

shes is using the program on sakai from ohsu 
program for students to submit homework. Unable 
to print submissions from some of them. 

They are word documents that she is able to 
print.
