I tried reinstalling Firefox with the newest
version and now it will run firefox in its
safemode, but not in normal mode. It has something
to do with the user's permissions. I'll have to
look into this and see what I find.

****This is an email****Hello - we are receiving 
the following error message on two of our unit's 
computers every time our student employees try to 
open the Firefox browser:

Software Update Failed:  One or more files cold 
not be updated.  Please make sure all other 
applications are closed and that you have 
permission to modify files, and then restart 
Firefox . . . 

Please investigate ASAP.   These two computers 
are located in HL209 and their WOU property 
numbers are 20070164 and 20070165.
