She came and picked up the laptop.  Her account
was password was wrong and that is why she
couldn't log in.

Becky came in today to pick up her laptop.  No 
one was in the tech area.  We found no notes to 
give us a clue as to what the status was on this 
laptop.  We told her we would let you know she 
came in and ask you to give her a call.  She will 
be available Friday or Monday.

Rebecca called this morning to see how long it 
would take to have it fixed. She said she is 
working from home and cannot do much without it. 

She is still having trouble:  There is a file 
missing when she tries to use word - she gets an 
error message.  
She cannot get to the WOU email, it connects to 
wireless, but when she uses IE, it doesnt go any 
further than bringing up the first half page of 
the WOU webpage.

called said the laptop lets her log on but it 
runs really slow. Every program she uses it runs 
really slow she says.
