I was able to meet with Judy. A release and renew
on her IP fixed the issue. Her/any network profile
was taking forever to load since she had no
network connection.

Called and got voicemail. I didn't leave a
message. I am going to go over there to see if
she's there.

Judy's computer will not let her log in.  After 
entering log in info, sits for 10 minutes then 
shuts down.  She says she was using her black 
berry all last week.
