This wasn't just that she didn't have the 
shortcuts she wanted.  She didn't exist as a user 
on this computer.  She was unable to open or 
activate any folders or programs.  She is good 
now.

Called and left a message asking when she will be
available today or next week. I mentioned it's
tough to accommodate a small window of time, but
that we will do our best.

This task was origianlly under her office mates 
name.  All of the phone message had been left for 
her office mate and she never got them.  I have 
closed the original task and created a new one 
for just Amy Chisholm.
