Ran CCleaner, and was able to clean off some
excessive programs and files.  Noted that he only
had 256mb of RAM on his desktop computer.  Ran a
little bit faster after cleaning it up.

He said his computer took an excessive amount of 
time to load programs and even shut down and turn 
back on, he wanted a tech to go through the 
machine to possible erase adware software that 
may be slowing down the machine
