Hope things are well!
 
We have a service request for you (#29471) that 
was in regards to an error message you received 
when trying to print a word document.

We recently made a change with the print servers 
and are now using "bart" for printing.  We were 
checking to see if this is was still occurring 
for you.

She needs this for class. To her own personal. 
Nothing from adobe is working. She called in 
again with the same problem. I told her to try 
printing to a different printer for now.

used to get it from word but now she gets it from 
adobe says it does not recognize the printer. 

says the spool is not running.

She gets an error message whenever she tries to 
print- her printer is a personal printer but the 
computer is the schools computer.
