I reinstalled Sophos and showed him how to run a
scan on his own in case he ever wants to. He asked
about Arabic fonts on his computer. I installed
the East Asian language options and installed
Arabic, but we could not get the file he wanted to
display in anything but gibberish. My Mac displays
it in Arabic. I let him know that this is likely
cause by the way it was originally created. Note:
he told me he doesn't speak Arabic anyway.

He sent me the email. It is in Arabic, and so I
think that is the problem he is having. I will go
by at 1:30 and veryify he has anti-virus and that
it is working properly.

He will go out again, if no one contacts him
soon, but he is flexible and can come back
whenever we need to talk to him.

He is afraid he has a virus, he clicked on a file
to open it from an email, but all he saw is code,
and is afraid it was a virus. I told him to
forward the suspect email to virusinfo@wou.edu,
and told him I would set up a request for someone
to look at it.
