Noticed a lot of missing drivers and a lot of
excess programs relating to Symantec Antivirus. 
Removed programs, updated drivers.  Ran CCleaner
to remove excess junk.  Had her long in and verify
successfully.

She has tried rebooting her computer several 
times and has been dealing with problems of her 
computer freezing, screen flickering, email not 
working properly and not being able to find her 
printer on the server.
