working.

She said a number of students have sent print 
jobs to the printer in MNB 110 and they are not 
being printed. When they look in the student's 
printing queue, the job is labeled "pause." They 
are not able to print and cannot cancel these 
jobs either. She also wanted to make sure that if 
we cancel the jobs that the students don't lose 
print credtis.
