Called and let her know that the problem is her
computer is too old to handle the new software she
is running. Her new computer should be here
sometime this week and we should be able to have
it ready sometime next week for her. She said that
was fine and she understands and is waiting for
the new mac.

Keeps getting black screen of death

Trouble indesign. crashed 14 times. using it and 
it closes on its own. doing: apply color, or add 
text, scrolling, export to pdf, no specific 
action seems makes it "crash" (freeze)

Whole machine now freezes as well whether using 
indesign or not. Today its not just the program 
that's "crashing" its not her machine as well.
Ex: looking at a pdf

when freezes, mouse doesn't work. ctl alt del 
doesnt do anything. 

multiple times a day this is happening.

a week ago a machine was ordered. she will be 
getting it sometime soon but she needs her 
current machine to funtion in the meantime
