no prob logging in but once he does nothing is 
there. blue screen nothing else. no programs, no 
toolbar.

tried logging in mult times throughout the day

wants to know if it can be resolved today (I can 
call him back to let him know either way) because 
if it can't he is going home because he can do 
nothing without it.
