Hello,

A couple weeks ago Nathan Sauer removed a machine
from the smart classroom in Smith Music Hall
because it would not start up. A temporary machine
is in its place. I am finishing the setup for the
original machine, and needed to know from you what
additional software besides Microsoft Office and
Finale 2009 the computer needs. Nathan said to
contact you about this. Thank you for your help,

What this station needs to get is Finale 2009 for 
which I had only posted the MAC dmg files and 
none of the serial purchase info.  Sorry for the 
confusion it was one of those Midi lab rush 
orders that I never got completed all the way on 
the recordkeeping side.  I left the Disk media 
for the site license on your desk it has windows 
version on it as well and install code/s# are in 
disk sleeeve

Tricia, I tried to contact Finale but their
website makes it hard to email/contact anyone. Do
you know their support email address?

Nathan said to install Finale on it. I found a
license for 2007 for Smart Classrooms, but when I
try to authorize it says we don't have any more
licenses available and to deauthorize. There is no
way to deauthorize.

Last week Nathan brought this machine to me saying
it would not turn on. It wouldn't even get to
Windows Login screen. I installed Windows from
scratch and had to resetup this machine because we
had no image of it's model.
