Dear Help Desk,
 
A Laptop computer, 20030994[Edit Inv], with docking 
station, 20080368[Edit Inv].
 
This is Shondra Russell's computer at APS 201, 
with Upward Bound.
 
This computer was shut down today, then when we 
tried to turn it on, when pushing the on button, 
nothing happens, and a little "windy" sound 
occurs, but nothing else.
 
We have docked, and undocked the computer to see 
if this was the problem, but nothing changed.
 
We are in the office limited hours, so if someone 
is coming over to work on this computer please 
call 503-838-8617 beforehand.
