Talked to here and let her know that we do know of
this issue. She is using the web based client for
now and is fine with that until we get this
problem sorted out.

****This is an email****

Here are the four error messages I am receiving.

1: "This item cannot be displayed in the reading
pane. Open the item to read it's contents"

When I try to open it, then I get this.

2: "Can't open this item. Another application
closed unexpectedly while using your personal
folders file. c:/documents and
settings/townsend/local settings/application
data/sun/outlook connector/SJOC_1.pst. To
prevent potential damage to your personal folders
file, it will not be available until you close
all applications currently using it."

At this point, it usually shuts my email off. It
can work fine for hours, then just pop off with
the errors above, no rhyme or reason when. Re-
starting the machine does not fix the problem, I
usually wait overnight, or Adam Wegner has had to
come and get a new Sun Java Connector for my
system to get it going again.

Now I have 2 new errors also coming up;

3: "Unable to open your default email folders.
Sun Java System Connector for Microsoft Outlook
error. One of the causes can be your network."

And when I try to access the Dean's Calendar (95%
of my job requires it) I get this since yesterday
morning.

4: "You do not have sufficient permission to
access this folder"

(It may be totally irrelevant, but all these
problems started soon after the Dean began using
her new IPhone....)

This is an issue again. She has left a print out
of the error message on her desk. Needs help
now. She has left her machine on and she is
logged in.
