Amanda Smith was aqsking her to edit an adobe 
file but the machine only had reader...I made the 
suggestion that she use the full version of 
Acrobat via the terminal server to edit this 
docunet and if they needed to edit documents 
often in the future then they will need to look 
into purchasing Adobe Acrobat licensing for their 
desktop
