This ticket has been active due to the notion that
she was supposed receive a new 22" monitor which
would replace her 24" monitor that she is unhappy
with due to the fact that it blocks her view of
incoming traffic to the business office.  

The GFA setup form does not mention a new monitor.
 I am about to call her to let her know that she
will not be receiving a new monitor and that this
ticket will be closed.

Image with Office Pro 2003, PrintKey, V-Key, 
Adobe Reader, shortcut on desktop to internal
