Now she cannot log in to thin client at all.  She 
says it 'tries' to start working but fails when 
she logs in.

She was using this thin client, it crashed on 
her, and when she started in again it said it 
says the file is locked out.
I drive/councelling service/anonymous report 
form - its a publisher document
