I was able to repair the OS and left Gail a
message saying I can deliver this Tuesday morning
at 11am.

I left Gail a message saying I want to meet with
her and try to get her data off of this machine so
I can reinstall the OS.

The Mac story did nothing to the machine. It is
out of warranty.

I am retrieving as much of her information from
the "bad" Mac as possible. I plan to attempt to
reinstall the OS to see if that resolves the issue.

Her Mac won't start up. It hangs at the Apple and
loading symbol and the fans rev up to full blast.

She is using 20040095[Edit Inv] as a loaner for now.
