Hi Gay,

On the 8th I emailed you about shortcuts on your
Mac: "You should be able to connect as described
in the pdf I sent previously, and then grad that globe
icon down into the dock at the bottom of the
screen beside the trash (not in the trash). This
will create a permanent shortcut."

I also resent this message to you on the 16th.
Since I've received no response I assume the issue
is resolved and am closing it on our end. If you
need further assistance with this you you can call

She needs a tech to show her how to access the 
network and how to back up her local documents to 
the netwowrk.  I explained why this was important 
and I think she is now a convert.  She just needs 
instruction.
